Back in December 2020, cPanel introduced the Welcome panel for new cPanel accounts in the cPanel version 94. This feature by default shows Creating an email and Site Publisher sections. If you have the Site Publisher option disabled globally in WHM then it will display only the Creating an email section.
To suppress this option for new accounts use the following command:
