Virtualizor has a license verification function inside:
/usr/local/virtualizor/main/functions.phpcontent is encrypted, but in older versions, it wasn’t, so to bypass license verification you can simply replace the current file content with code from this file: https://gist.github.com/stefanpejcic/a0c58a053a0125ee41eee888cf8bf0d3
